NORWICH – The Chenango Hellcats American Legion baseball club is hosting an informational meeting Sunday, April 12 at 1 p.m. at the Norwich American Legion on Sheldon Street.

The meeting is to introduce the program to potential players and their parents. An overview of the program will be provided as well as an open discussion about the benefits of playing for the Hellcats. “We are looking to sign up the most talented and hard-working baseball players in Chenango County,” said Jason Miller, a member of the team’s coaching staff. “We have been talking to players and coaches from Sherburne-Earlville, Otselic Valley, Unadilla Valley, Bainbridge-Guilford, Afton, Oxford, Norwich, and Greene, and we have a lot of support from the coaches.”
