PLYMOUTH – Justin Bennett and Craig Dawson shot a bogey-free 6-under-par 65 to capture the men's division of the inaugural Greater Norwich Golf Hall of Fame best ball tournament, Saturday at Canasawacta Country Club.

Dawson, a Sidney High School graduate, is quickly making a habit of bogey-free rounds at CCC events. This past August, Dawson played three bogey-free rounds with Matt Burrell to capture the annual men's member-guest tournament.

Bennett and Dawson had a relatively uneventful front nine in the best ball format with a single birdie on the front nine. From there, the birdies flew over the final nine with red numbers posted on 10, 11, 13, 16, and 18.
