The East Park in downtown Norwich was full Thursday night for Bill Kirchen’s performance as the third installment of the NBT Free Summer Concert Series. Next Thursday’s show features Davina and the Vagabonds, and Eric Lindell returns to Norwich on July 30, 2015. Additional photos of Bill Kirchen appear on page 5.
