NORWICH – “And the sunny daze are few and far between, right before your darkest hour it seems, it seems the sun may never shine. And right before you think that everything, it may never change, surely the sun will come out to shine,” are the beginning lyrics to guitarist and vocalist Eric Lindell’s song titled Sunny Daze.

As this summer’s weather has been a mix of both rain and sunshine, the NBT Bank Summer Concert Series is set to continue tonight, and as of press time, the show is still to take place in the East Park in downtown Norwich.

The location in the event of inclement weather is the Martin W. Kappel Theater in the Chenango Arts Council on West Main Street in Norwich.

Lindell is to hit the stage at 7 p.m., and he is no stranger to the Norwich audience.

In an interview the last time Lindell performed in town he said, “I love playing in Norwich. When I come up there everything is just so beautiful - the countryside, the people. It’s been a couple of years, so we’re really looking forward to this.”
