Common Council Calls Public Hearing For Tax Cap Override

NORWICH – The Norwich Common Council has called for a special meeting tonight to discuss overriding the property tax cap for the 2016 fiscal year.

The meeting will include a public hearing for residents to voice their opinion on the proposal.

The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. tonight at the Norwich Council chambers, 1 Court Plaza, Norwich.
