NORWICH – The Norwich Theater Company today announced auditions for their March production of “Over the River and Through the Woods” by Joe DiPierro.

The Company has also issued a call for directors for the remaining productions this season and for next season.

Auditions for the March production will be held on December 19, from 12-4 p.m. and December 20, from 2 to 4 p.m. Details may be found on the Company website www.norwichtheatercompany.org. Show dates are March 4 through 6, 2016.

In addition the Theater Company has issued a call for directors and/or music directors for the other two shows scheduled this season: a concert performance of South Pacific on May 7, 2016 and Singin’ in the Rain scheduled for August 19-21, 2016. “Anyone interested in these productions may contact the company through the website’” stated Company President Marty Kuhn.

Kuhn went on to say “Anyone interested in presenting ideas for our 2016-2017 season should also contact us.”

The company generally performs three stage productions each season with an added production of some sort to round out the season. Stage shows are generally performed in the fall [holiday time], March or April and the end of August. The Company is open to performing original works.
