Stage actors from ACT (Afton Community Theater) run though final touches of its winter production of “A Christmas Carol,” the musical on the Afton High School stage. The varied cast of first-timers and well versed veterans have been working on the production for more than eight weeks, and the musical serves as the directorial debut for Jennifer Insinga, no stranger to the limelight.

Tickets are $10 general admission, $8 seniors and students and can be purchased at brownpapertickets.com by searching "A Christmas Carol," and are also available at Rainbow's End gift shop in Sidney.

Show times are 7 p.m. this Friday and Saturday with a 2 p.m. matinee on Sunday.
