ALBANY – Many state legislators will be listening for a plan of ethics reform in the State Capital when the governor makes his State of the State address today.
Gov. Andrew Cuomo will deliver the address today outlining his 2016 agenda which proposes a series of bold new initiatives, including a minimum wage increase to $15 an hour, launch of a municipal consolidation and efficiency competition, and a push to expand broadband Internet access in communities state-wide.
