NORWICH – Those traveling on West Main Street in the City of Norwich may have noticed what appeared to be blood on the exterior of a residence on Tuesday.

The Norwich Police Department was contacted by The Evening Sun on Tuesday afternoon for further information with regard to the events that transpired and if the substance was in fact blood.

Authorities said that “someone put their arm through the window and cut their arm,” and that there was “no homicide, no one died.”

There was no arrest made and no charges are pending.
