NORWICH – If you or someone you know is looking to improve on and sharpen your athletic ability there is a program offered every Sunday that may be just what you are looking for.
From 1-2 p.m. on Sunday's, Mick James will be hosting a training session for aspiring athletes ages 9 and up.
This event will be held at the Norwich YMCA and is free to the public.
There will be many training techniques shown such as cutting, speed hurdles, speed ladders and a change of direction drill, just to name a few new additions to the class.
