Man Who Allegedly Hit Female With Wooden Dart Board Released Without Bail

NORWICH – Stevan Clemens, 36, of Norwich, appeared in Chenango County Court on Tuesday, August 2, at 10 a.m. for a felony hearing.

Clemens was charged with assault in the second degree, a class D felony, following a domestic incident at a residence on Henry Street in the City of Norwich.
