NORWICH – An investigation into the sale of marijuana concluded Thursday afternoon with the execution of a search warrant at a residence in the City of Norwich.

The Norwich Police Department, along with the New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team, executed the search warrant at approximately 1:57 p.m., at an apartment located at 30 Mitchell St.

The execution of the search warrant culminated in two arrests:

• Daniel C. Stiles, 60, of Norwich, was charged with one count of criminal possession of marijuana in the fourth degree, a class A misdemeanor.
