WEST WINFIELD – The lady Marauders of Sherburne-Earlville saw increased action over the weekend as they participated and advanced to the finals of the Mt. Markham Optimist Tournament.

Following a loss to Cooperstown on Thursday, Sept. 8, losing 4-2, the girls prepared for their trip to West Winfield for the weekend tournament.

S-E would first face off against Cherry-Valley Springfield in the first round of the tournament on Sept. 9, a game in which the Marauders would walk away with a solid 4-3 win when the game was complete.
