Firefighters Gray and Barnes promoted to Captain

A special ceremony was held at the start of March 21's Common Council meeting in the City of Norwich to honor two Norwich firefighters who were each promoted and sworn in. Firefighters Jason Gray and Robert Barnes were each promoted to Captain on Tuesday night and sworn in at the ceremony before receiving their Captain's badge. In the above photo, (L-R) Fire Chief Tracy Chawgo swears in Captain Jason Gray and Captain Robert Barnes.
