NORWICH–According to the New York State Police, on July 17, at approximately 9:23 p.m., in the Town of Norwich, three individuals were arrested and charged with unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine third degree, a class D felony; and petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor.

The three arrested and charged were:

•Steven E. Sapinsky, 41, of New Berlin

•Sabrina J. Gray, 26, of New Berlin
