NORWICH – After Chobani participated as a vendor in last year's Saturday in the Park: Harvest Series on October 1, 2016, Chobani community engagement manager Cassie Treen says they realized the new market is everything Chobani stands for.

"We attended one Saturday and absolutely loved it," said Treen. "We loved seeing everyone out in the community being able to shop locally, being able to purchase fresh fruits and veggies, and other homemade items. So we decided to partner with the market and put our name on it."

A year later, the market is now dubbed Saturdays in the Park with Chobani.

"We are so happy to welcome Chobani as our sponsor this year," said Mindy Chawgo, Saturdays in the Park event coordinator. "Not only have they sponsored the Saturdays in the Park, but they will be joining us as one of our vendors."
