Sheriff Arrests Norwich Teen For Selling Heroin

NORWICH – The Chenango County Sheriff's Office reported the arrest of an alleged City of Norwich heroin drug dealer Thursday.

Sheriff detectives arrested 18-year-old Samantha Jo Clipson and charged her with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Chenango County Sheriff Ernest R. Cutting Jr. said Clipson was arrested as part of a wider, ongoing investigation into the sale of heroin in Norwich.
