NORWICH – The Monday Evening Music Club, currently in its 108th year, is pleased to announce renowned Binghamton-area pianist Rick Pedro will perform a free concert in Norwich on Monday, October 2.

The concert will take place at the United Church of Christ at 7:30 p.m. and was made possible thanks to a Decentralization Grant from Chenango Arts Council and the NYS Council on the Arts.

The MEMC calls Pedro's performance style as “diverse,” in that his repitoire encompasses patriotic favorites, modern classics, Dixieland jazz, and Chicago-style ragtim.

“He blends all of this with a sparkling sense of humor, and is a true entertainer,” said Anita Humer with the MEMC.
