SYRACUSE, N.Y. (AP) — A former prosecutor's investigator has been sentenced to two to six years in prison for a drunken-driving hit-and-run crash that killed a teenager.
Peter Rauch received the maximum sentence in Onondaga County Court on Friday. He pleaded guilty in September to leaving the scene of a fatal crash and vehicular manslaughter. He admitted he was drunk the night of March 21 when he hit 18-year-old Seth Collier.
