Town and Country Garden Club elects 2018 officers; celebrates 60th anniversary

NORWICH – The Town and Country Garden Club has elected its officers for the year 2018––the 60th anniversary of the club's inception.

They are: Joyce Lawson, Recording Secretary; Patti Giltner, President; Doreen Row, Treasurer; Billie Houghton, Corresponding Secretary; and Judy Clark, Vice-President.
