Maple harvesters, Don and Mary Jane Cook, at their business Cook’s Pure Maple Products at Sherburne’s Four Corners. The are standing in a special room with tanks used to boiling down harvested syrup to increase purity. The couple has made Maple Syrup for more than 47 years.

This year they’ve already bottled 2500 gallons.
