SHERBURNE – Traffic on Route 12 in the town and village of Sherburne will be delayed beginning Tuesday as construction crews begin milling one and a half miles of highway.
Village of Sherburne Superintendent of Electric Travis DuBois said the milling will take place this week, along with additional work on traffic lights, and repaving will commence on Monday.
The $508,445 federally and state funded preventative maintenance project will include the milling and resurfacing of 3.11 lane miles of Route 12.
