NORWICH – The City of Norwich declared an excess hardwood mulch surplus at its meeting last week and is now offering the mulch to the public at no charge.

The mulch is located at the end of Hosbach Trail off of Prentice Street in the City of Norwich. Anyone is able to pick it up for free, but must do so on their own means.
