CHENANGO COUNTY – Chenango County Historical Society's exhibit 'Chenango County in the Great War' will be on display until Saturday, when Dr. Ed Erickson will present on the end of World War I at the museum 100 years later.

Dr. Erickson will speak at the event Saturday at 1 p.m. in the Chenango Historical Society Museum. He is a retired Professor of Military History as well as a retired United States Army Lieutenant Colonel of Field Artillery. Dr. Erickson is the author of ten book on the First World War and he lives in Norwich with his wife, Jennifer.

Members of the American Legion will also be present to celebrate the legion's 100th birthday.
