NORWICH – Congressman-elect Anthony Brindisi held a thank you celebration in Norwich on Monday night to show appreciation to the supporters and volunteers of his campaign.
"We did it, right?" said Brindisi as he walked in the Bohemian Moon, greeted by a round of applause from those in attendance.
Since his victory over Claudia Tenney, Brindisi said he's been busy preparing for his new job which officially begins after he's sworn in on January 3. Last week he appointed Sarah F. Bormann as the District Director for New York's 22nd Congressional District, who will be in charge of his district offices, community relations, and constituent services.
