CHENANGO COUNTY – The Chenango County Sheriff's Office announced an arrest last Friday after an investigation into a burglary that occurred at Unadilla Motorcross Track in April.

Chenango County Sheriff Ernest Cutting, Jr. announced Joseph D. Horton, 39, was arrested last Thursday following a sealed indictment handed down by a Chenango County Grand Jury.

The arrest comes after sheriffs investigated a burglary which occurred at the Unadilla Motocross Track in April, during which vehicles, generators, and several pieces of equipment were stolen.
