City of Norwich resident Jennifer W. Olds has announced her candidacy for Alderman Ward 5. Olds, right, picked up her petitions on Tuesday, February 6 at the Board of Elections from Chenango County Republican Commissioner of Elections Mary Lou Monahan. A Norwich native with four children, Olds said if elected she plans to work as a team to make positive changes by executing action items in the city’s comprehensive plan. “I want to see the city move in a positive direction for my ward, our city and those that live, work and visit here,” said Olds.
