DEPOSIT – Makenzie Stiles of Deposit grew her record on perfect game record, tossing the 14th of her career against the Oxford Blackhawks Tuesday.

Her counterpart behind the plate, Bryn Martin, aided in the 15-0 win by going 4-for-4 at the plate and hitting for the cycle. One of her four hits was a two-run home run in the bottom of the second, counting for two of her five RBIs in the game.

Throwing her second perfect game of the year, Stiles was locked in on the strike zone as she rung up 12 Oxford batters to earn her fifth win of the season.

Allison Beckwith pitched in the circle for Oxford and struck out four Deposit hitters.

While the Blackhawks did not record a hit or reach the base paths with a walk, Oxford did force Stiles to throw 58 pitches in the game.
