105-year-old Loretta Cursh surrounded by family after performing a song on the organ. Cursh is a resident of Chenango Valley Home located in Norwich, and according to home caretakers she does everything herself besides make meals and do laundry.

When asked what the secret to living a long-life was, Cursh responded, "I don't drink and I don't smoke." She added that she can remember back to when cars weren't common place, and the first time she took a ride in a car she thought, "How can anyone like these things?"

She said as technology improved, so did the comfort of riding vehicles, but it didn't start off that way.
