NORWICH – According to school officials, Perry Browne Intermediate school kids got exactly what they wanted Monday morning, calling out Principal Michelle Osterhoudt to take a short ride in a hot air balloon.

They said Mrs. O was certainly up for it, climbing right into the carriage to join gym teacher Doug Costin and Liberty Balloon Company Commercial Pilot Lee Teitsworth.
