Emergency landing at Warren Eaton Airport leaves plane damaged, no injuries (Submitted photo)

NORWICH – Saturday morning an experimental plane had a hard landing off the runway at the Lt. Warren Eaton Airport in the Town of North Norwich.

The emergency crews responded to calls of a crash at about 9:44 a.m. on Saturday.

Officials said the aircraft, classified as experimental, was damaged but its operator was not injured. Officials did not release the name of the pilot.
