The Chenango County Fair opened its gates Tuesday and a parade marched through the center of the City of Norwich welcoming the start of the week-long canival.

The schedule of today events at the fair can be found on Page 7 of today's Evening Sun. Today is Children's Day and children 12 and under get in free until 5 p.m.
