SHERBURNE – The Sherburne Music Theater Society (SMTS) is seeking directors for their 2020 season.

Officials said having recently closed the books on this summer’s, “You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown,” the group is eager to get started on planning their next big show and is looking for fresh ideas, both musical and non-musical, from inspired individuals.

The application is open to all directors: both seasoned and aspiring, and prompts applicants to describe the show they wish to direct in as much detail as possible.

Applicants should be prepared to provide details on cost of royalties, special technical elements required and any other extra costs that might need to be incurred for their vision of the show to be realized. While previous directing experience is not required, theatrical experience is recommended.
