Oxford sisters, Stella and Nora Bartle, ages 5 and 3, opened a lemonade stand in Norwich on August 31 and raised money to donate to a charity of their choice. When to two girls mother, Jen Bartle asked, the two girls said they wanted to donate the money to the Chenango Memorial Hospital Auxiliary.
