NORWICH – Taylor Finch, Humula Gabone, Nolan Reid, and Lauren Squires have been selected to represent Norwich High School at the spring 2020 Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership Conference.

The four students will join a select group of sophomore leaders from schools covering 16 counties in Central New York.
