SHERBURNE – Chenango SPCA and Gilligan’s Ice Cream have teamed up to create what they consider a dog’s perfect treat.

According to representatives from the Chenango SPCA in Norwich and Gilligan’s Ice Cream in Sherburne, they have teamed up to create an ice cream that will have area dogs wagging tails in approval.

Chenango SPCA will be selling pints of Gilligan’s Ice Cream to raise money for the SPCA. In addition to Gilligan’s popular flavors including Black Raspberry, Cookie Dough, Peanut Butter Cup, Mint Chip, and Cotton Candy; the SPCA will be selling a new creation, peanut butter canine crunch, a vanilla based ice cream with peanut butter and milk bone dog biscuits.
