NORWICH – Many Americans start the New Year with a list of Resolutions. When it comes to converting those resolutions into lasting lifestyle change, however, more than a third never make it to February, according to the organizer of a local women’s health series.
“We often know what we should be doing, but translating that knowledge into healthy habits is where many of us fall short. Forming those healthy habits is key to changing our behavior – whether our goals are related to healthy eating, exercise or mental wellness,” explained Jamie Hagenbuch, community outreach coordinator at UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital.
The timely topic will be the focus of the first installment of the hospital’s 2020 Women’s Health Series, a series of informed conversations held monthly at Bohemian Moon, 103 East Main Street in Norwich.
