NORWICH – The Chenango Arts Council is working in tandem with the Guernsey Library to show four free movies in the month of February.

The theme for the movie series is “Dynamic Duos.” All four movies celebrate the month of love with classic tales of passion and adventure.

The first film in the movie line up is Top Hat, staring Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers, and will be shown at the Arts Council on February 5.

A different movie will show every Wednesday in February at 6:30 p.m. at either the Martin W. Kappel Theater inside the Chenango Arts Council or in the Guernsey Library Community Room.
