BINGHAMTON – At the end of the regular season, the Midstate Athletic Conference boys basketball coaches all submitted their all-star nominations based on the performances they saw from players around the league throughout the year.
Along with the all-star nods, the coaches voted on coach of the year, most valuable player and the sportsmanship honors. The Afton Crimson Knights team were selected for the winners of the Sportsmanship Award.
Unatego’s head coach Travis Woods was named the MAC Coach of the Year after bringing his team to a 14-5 and a two-seed in the conference playoff tournament.
Earning the Most Valuable Player honors for the league in the 2019-2020 season was Delhi’s Alex Haight.
