NEW BERLIN – New Berlin’s Frank H. Arnold American Legion Post 348 is sponsoring a visible show of patriotism this spring with an American flag exchange.

“As part of the program American Legion members will collect and respectfully “retire” worn flags at an official flag burning ceremony, open to the public, later the spring,” said Lennon.
