Norwich Board Of Education Elects New President And Vice President

Norwich Board of Education elects new president and vice president Brian Reid has been elected the Norwich School Board of Education President for the 2020-2021 school year. (Submitted Photo)

NORWICH – At Wednesday night’s Norwich School Board of Education meeting the board committee elected a new president and vice president.

Current Board Vice President Brian Reid was nominated for president with no competing nominations. The vote for Reid was unanimous throughout the board.

Brian Burton, Reid's predecessor, handed Reid the presidential name plate and gavel and Reid signed his oath as president.
