PLYMOUTH - The Plymouth Town Board has announced that they will host a public hearing via zoom regarding the installation and construction of a new cellular tower.
The public hearing will be held by the Plymouth Town Board at 6:30 p.m. on July 27 upon the application of Airosmith, Inc. d/b/a Airosmith Development, as agent for New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC, (“AT&T”) regarding property located 124 Cookhouse Road in the Town of Plymouth, (Parcel No. 82-1-50).
Town of Plymouth Representatives said as required by Local Law 1 of the year 2002 of the Town of Plymouth, which regulates the installation and construction of new telecommunications tower, Section 15.0 (A.) take further notice that due to public health and safety concerns related to COVID-19, the Plymouth Town Board will not be meeting with the public in-person.
Rather, in accordance with the Governor’s Executive Orders 202.1, 202.10 and 202.15, as extended by Executive Orders 202.28 and 202.29, said public hearing will be held at 6:30 p.m. via zoom virtual meeting software.
The hearing will be recorded and transcribed at a later date.

Officials said the meeting ID is 861 4322 3123, and the password is 137432.
Members of the public may also call in to the meeting by dialing 1 (929) 205-6099 and entering the meeting ID and password above, when prompted.
Members of the public may submit comments on the application during the public hearing through the written chat section of the zoom interface.
To the extent that any member of the public has difficulty with, or is unable to submit comments via the chat section, oral comments will be permitted via zoom.
Written comments may also be submitted prior to the hearing by mailing comments to the attention of the Town of Plymouth Town Clerk's Office, 3461 State Highway 23, South Plymouth, NY 13844.
