CHENANGO COUNTY – Monday, the Chenango County Department of Health confirmed there was a new death related to COVID-19, bringing the county-wide total to seven reported deaths.

No other information was provided.

There are 182 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Chenango and no current hospitalizations. A total of 159 people have made recoveries.

The health department also confirmed there are 125 residents under quarantine.

So far approximately 14,338 tests for the virus have been administered in the county.
