NORWICH – At 4 p.m. on September 16 the City of Norwich Youth Bureau will be distributing school supplies free of charge to students at the skating rink building on Borden Avenue in Norwich, according to the Norwich Youth Bureau.

The youth bureau has instructed residents to park their vehicle and come to the back of the building to pick up supplies and to remember to social distance and wear a mask.

Residents of the City of Norwich, as well as the residents of the townships of Norwich, North Norwich, Plymouth, Preston and Pharsalia are all eligible to receive supplies.
