NORWICH – The New York State Police are still seeking the individual who assaulted two others with a sharp object on Wednesday, following a domestic dispute at Fred’s Inn in the Town of Norwich.
Police reported Wednesday, they are seeking a person of interest in the case for questioning.
According to Troop C Public Information Officer Aga Dembinska, at 10 a.m. on April 14 the New York State Police at Norwich were dispatched to a reported domestic related incident involving three people at Fred's Inn in the Town of Norwich.
“An investigation at the scene revealed that two people were assaulted with a sharp object resulting in minor injuries,” said Dembinska. “Both were taken to Chenango Memorial Hospital by Norwich Fire ambulance and have since been treated and released.”
