“On Sunday, July 25 at approximately 5:25 p.m., the Norwich City Police Department received a radio dispatch to respond to Hubbard/American Avenue in the City of Norwich for a victim who had been stabbed,” said Norwich Detective Sergeant Reuben Roach.

I saw two men on Hubbard Ave., who were yelling at a third young man walking across the far end of the Tops parking lot. The third man, walking slowly, kept turning around to yell back. He was clearly angry, but I couldn't make out the words. When he reached the Tops traffic light, he was met by another young man, and they walked together down Main St. Neither seemed to be in a hurry. He had a back pack, but I didn't notice a bright color. I don't know if this is connected, but it was loud and angry enough to make me stop and watch.
