NORWICH — Equipment being moved from the skate park in Norwich so it can be repaved. On August 17, Norwich council members approved the $23,000 repaving project, citing safety concerns and public inquiries as reasons for approval. Youth Bureau Director Bob Mason spoke at a council meeting earlier this month, expressing his support for the project.

"In order to keep this place going, keep it in safe condition, it should be resurfaced, or somebody's gonna get hurt," he said.
