NEW BERLIN – American Legion Post 348 is welcoming Kevin Phillips as the new scoutmaster for Boy Scout Troop 61.

Troop 61 meets every week at the American Legion on 6 Academy Street. Their first fall campout is on September 25, and ends the next day.

Phillips is the director of International Leadership Development USA, an organization that has supported missionary groups such as J-Life Africa.
