CHENANGO COUNTY – As of Wednesday there are 140 active cases of COVID-19 in Chenango County. A total of 83 confirmed deaths have now been linked locally to COVID-19.

Those reported infected include 57 who were previously vaccinated. Six people are currently hospitalized, two of which were vaccinated.

The Chenango County Department of Health confirmed there have been 4,190 total cases of COVID-19 in Chenango County. There are 339 residents under quarantine, and 4,190 total recoveries.

So far approximately 139,784 tests for the virus have been administered in the county.
