SOUTH OTSELIC - McGraw scored once in each half, and went on to a shutout victory over Otselic Valley on Wednesday afternoon.

After fending off OV's early offensive attacks, McGraw scored its first goal with 1:45 left in the opening 40 minutes to retake the momentum.

"We were the aggressor and had many opportunities, but couldn't put one in the net," said OV coach Jake Preston.

Standout play for the Vikings in the loss came from Connor Ossont and Cole Warren, Preston said.

The Vikings host Stockbridge Valley on Friday.
